Did you know Moravian Meadows Condominiums are the most desirable condos in all of Macomb County? According to realtors, mortgage companies, lenders and title companies, we live in one hot community.
As part of my duties as President of the Moravian Meadows Condo Association, I interact frequently with all of the above during the process of selling and buying properties here at Moravian Meadows.
During orientation meetings with new residents, they all give the same reasons for why they decided to relocate here: Ranch-style condos with two-car garages, beautiful landscaping containing more than 43 acres of mature trees and other assorted greenery, and location, location, location.
Any real estate professional will tell you; location is so important. And our area is situated in one of the most prestigious areas in all of Macomb County.
Additionally, being self-managed with relatively low homeowner association dues that include water and trash removal doesn’t hurt either.
All of this added together is why our home values have skyrocketed in the last few years. Not bad for a 38-year-old community!
Your board of directors will continue to work hard to uphold these values and make sure our community continues to age gracefully and remains a great place to live.
