DRYER VENTS:  A clogged dryer vent  is a fire hazard.  Lint is highly flammable, and if it accumulates in the vent, it can easily ignite from the hot air coming from your dryer.  This can lead to a serious fire in your condo.  The Board has approved to have all dryer vents cleaned by Zeppelin Cleaning Services at no expense to the co-owner.  They are scheduled to clean the vents January 27 - 31.  They will be cleaning the vents from the outside dryer vent.  They will not need access to the inside of your condo.

​​News - July 25, 2024

Dear Co-Owners,

As of July 1st, Priority Trash is now our pickup service.  Their number is 586-228-1200.  Nothing else has changed.  We will continue to have our trash picked up on the same day of the week, which is Wednesday.  For a reminder about what you can and cannot put in the recycling container, please review the November 12, 2023 blog post.
